MIELIZIA BIO - Together for Biodiversity line has been created by Conapi beekeepers’ long experience on organic beekeeping. Our beekeepers manage beehives following organic standards and in respect of local biodiversity. These beehives are located far away from pollution, and bees are raised in total respect of their biorhythms, healed with natural systems to defend them from disease.
Mielizia honeys are not pasteurized: they are produced at a temperature never higher than 40° C, the temperature of the hive, to maintain intact flavour and nutrients.
Preparation made with organic Italian honey and Calabrese chili peppers.
