Our organic chestnut spread from Piedmont region is made with high fruit percentage (over 66% chestnuts). It is pectin-free and sweetened only with grape juice and honey from our Italian beekeepers. The concentration is obtained without adding thickeners and the delicate processing technique preserves the natural aromas of the ingredients.
It is ideal with milk puddings and custards, ice-creams and fresh cheeses such as ricotta. Use it also for the preparation of pies and stuffed biscuits.
MIELIZIA BIO - TOGETHER FOR BIODIVERSITY line has been created by Conapi beekeepers’ long experience on organic beekeeping. Our beekeepers manage beehives following organic standards and in respect of local biodiversity. These beehives are located far away from pollution, and bees are raised in total respect of their biorhythms, healed with natural systems to defend them from disease.
