A Limited Edition not to be missed: we have selected for you one of the rarest and most precious French honeys. This honey is produced in Southern France by an important French cooperative of beekepers we collaborate with.
The Lavender Honey crystillizes quickly, has a very light color and a fragrance that recalls flowers, aromatic plants, fig leaves, with vegetal notes. On the palate it is a honey with a fruity taste, with sensations reminiscent of almond and ripe fig. Excellent with cheeses, aged and fresh. Also ideal to accompany cooked fruit or infusions.
MIELIZIA BIO - Together for Biodiversity line has been created by Conapi beekeepers’ long experience on organic beekeeping. Our beekeepers manage beehives following organic standards and in respect of local biodiversity. These beehives are located far away from pollution, and bees are raised in total respect of their biorhythms, healed with natural systems to defend them from disease.
Mielizia honeys are not pasteurized: they are produced at a temperature never higher than 40° C, the temperature of the hive, to maintain intact flavour and nutrients.
