Very clear and light-colored honey, varying from white to straw yellow through to light beige. The aroma is floral, fruity with a fresh scent of orange blossomand a mild but persistent aroma of citrus peel. It is fruity and pleasantly acid, similar to orange flowers. Tangerine honey is crystallized. It is harvested in Southern Italy and the islands, in Spring time.
