The collaboration between Mielizia and Galup continues, and this time the star of the show is the Easter "Colomba" cake.
From the orange blossom honey produced by Mielizia’s beekeeper members comes the cream crafted by Galup’s pastry chefs to fill the soft, slow‑leavened dough, bringing delicate floral notes and an authentic flavor.
This cake represents the perfect union of natural sweetness and meticulous leavening. Without glaze or almonds, it is ideal served with a dusting of powdered sugar.
The box is enriched with an original illustration created by artist Federica Fabbian, depicting a female beekeeper in harmony with a bee: a poetic image that conveys the values of care and connection with nature.
Ingredients
Wheat flour - Candied orange peel 12% (Orange peel, glucose syrup - fructose, sucrose) - Butter - Sugar – Fresh Egg yolk of class A – Water - Natural yeast (Wheat flour - water) - Emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - Whole milk - Invert sugar syrup - Salt - Natural flavour - Natural flavour of Bourbon vanilla.
MIELIZIA ORANGE HONEY CREAM 17%: Glucose and fructose syrup, 20% "Mielizia di Arancio" honey, alcohol, thickeners: modified starch, agar-agar; preservatives:potassium sorbate.
May contain other nuts, soy and mustard.
BAG OF ICING SUGAR (50 g): Sugar - Wheat starch – Flavour.
