The Italian wildflower honey from Mielizia's beekeeping partners enriches the cream with subtle aromatic notes and gives the levitated softness and a delicate scent. Ideal for those looking for an authentic flavor and uncompromising quality.
Product baked naturally leavened: Panettone with sultanas and candied citrus fruits, filled with honey cream.
Ingredients
Wheat flour - Sultanas 15% - Butter (Milk) - Sugar – Candied orange peel 8% (Orange peel - Glucosefructose syrup - Sucrose - Lemon juice concentrate) - Egg yolk of class A from free range hens - Natural yeast (Wheat flour - Water) - candied Lime peel 4% (Lime peel - Glucose-fructose syrup - Sucrose - Lemon juice concentrate) - Emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - Whole milk - Invert sugar syrup - Salt - Honey - Glucose-fructose syrup - Barley malt extract - Natural flavour - Natural flavour of Bourbon vanilla. HONEY FILLING 17%: Glucose and fructose syrup, honey 20%, alcohol. Gelling agents: modified starch,agar-agar. Preservative: potassium sorbate. May contain nuts, mustard and soy.
