Mielizia BIO shortbreads biscuits are made with few selected organic ingredients, including Italian honey from our beekeepers. They are made without syrups, without animal fats and palm oil, and without added eggs and milk, ideal for a nutritious and tasty breakfast or snack.
Italian organic honey of our beekeeper members is a natural and “noble” sweetener.
These biscuits are a source of fibers, made with Italian soft wheat flour, cocoa powder and chocolate drops, for an intense and rich taste.
The MIELIZIA BIO line stems from the extensive experience our beekeeping members have in organic beekeeping techniques. The hives are located far from sources of pollution, and the bees are raised with full respect for their natural rhythms and cared for using natural methods to protect them from disease. Our honeys and other gifts from the bees are the stars of every product in the line.

Soft wheat flour* 54%, sunflower seed oil*, sugar*, chocolate chips* 9.5% (cocoa min. 45%: sugar*, mass of cocoa*, cocoa butter*, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin*), cocoa in powder* 6%, honey* 4%, raising agents: sodium bicarbonates, salt. Natural olive extract.
