Mielizia BIO shortbreads biscuits are made with few selected organic ingredients, including Italian honey from our beekeepers. They are made without syrups and flavourings, without animal fats and palm oil, and without added eggs and milk, ideal for a nutritious and tasty breakfast or snack.

Italian organic honey of our beekeeper members is a natural and “noble” sweetener.

These biscuits are a source of fibers. Soft wheat flour type 2 - better known as semi-whole - is less refined and has more fibers. Furthermore, chocolate drops add a sweet and tasty note.

MIELIZIA BIO - Together for Biodiversity line has been created by Conapi beekeepers’ long experience on organic beekeeping. Our beekeepers manage beehives following organic standards and in respect of local biodiversity. These beehives are located far away from pollution, and bees are raised in total respect of their biorhythms, healed with natural systems to defend them from disease. Our honeys and other gifts from bees are main ingredients of the products in our line. By choosing them, you with us, can help in saving bees and environment: together for biodiversity.

Semi-wholemeal soft wheat flour* 57%, sunflower seed oil*, sugar*, chocolate chips* 11% (cocoa min. 45%: sugar*, cocoa mass*, cocoa butter*, emulsifier: lecithin sunflower*), honey* 4%, raising agents (ammonium carbonates, sodium carbonates), salt. Natural olive extract.
