Mielizia BIO shortbreads biscuits are made with few selected organic ingredients, including Italian honey from our beekeepers.
The single-serving pack of 16g contains 2 shortbread biscuits and is ideal to take along for a tasty and healthy break.
They are made without syrups, without animal fats and palm oil, and without added eggs and milk, ideal for a nutritious and tasty breakfast or snack.
Italian organic honey of our beekeeper members is a natural and “noble” sweetener.
These biscuits are a source of fibers. Soft wheat flour type 2 - better known as semi-whole - is less refined and has more fibers. Furthermore, chocolate drops add a sweet and tasty note.
The MIELIZIA BIO line stems from the extensive experience our beekeeping members have in organic beekeeping techniques. The hives are located far from sources of pollution, and the bees are raised with full respect for their natural rhythms and cared for using natural methods to protect them from disease. Our honeys and other gifts from the bees are the stars of every product in the line.

Semi-wholemeal soft wheat flour* 57%, sunflower seed oil*, sugar*, chocolate chips* 11% (cocoa min. 45%: sugar*, cocoa mass*, cocoa butter*, emulsifier: lecithin sunflower*), honey* 4%, raising agents (ammonium carbonates, sodium carbonates), salt. Natural olive extract.
