Mielizia BIO shortbreads biscuits are made with few selected organic ingredients, including Italian honey from CONAPI beekeepers. They are made without syrups, without animal fats and palm oil, and without added eggs and milk, ideal for a nutritious and tasty breakfast or snack.
Italian organic honey of our beekeeper members is a natural and “noble” sweetener.
Wholegrain spelt flour is the most ancient type of cultivated wheat and is rich in fibres. Spelt flakes give these biscuits an ideal crispiness.
The MIELIZIA BIO line stems from the extensive experience our beekeeping members have in organic beekeeping techniques. The hives are located far from sources of pollution, and the bees are raised with full respect for their natural rhythms and cared for using natural methods to protect them from disease. Our honeys and other gifts from the bees are the stars of every product in the line.

Wholemeal spelled wheat flour* 40%, spelled wheat flakes* 33%, extra virgin olive oil*, sunflower seed oil*, sugar*, honey* 2%, raising agents (ammonium carbonates, carbonates of sodium), salt. Natural olive extract.
