A fragrant honey with an enticing aroma that recalls citrus flowers and a slightly fruity taste, in a convenient package size that completes the Mielizia range. Ideal for creating sauces and imaginative vinaigrettes, and to accompany fresh and stretched curd cheeses.

Mielizia honeys are not pasteurized: they are produced at a temperature never higher than 40° C, the temperature of the hive, to maintain intact flavour and nutrients.
