Wildflower Organic Honey - 300g jar
Wildflower (or polyflower) honey is the pure expression of the territory where it is its harvested, with its aromas and flavors. Its features are not homogeneous and depend on the production area and on the harvest period. It is usually crystallized, amber-colored with variations from pale milky white to deep gold with tones of orange, bright yellow and light brown. The aroma is intriguing and goes from flowery overtones to candied fruit. It is sweet, fruity and flowery, with a wide aromatic range. It is produced in Spring and Summer time, especially in the hills of the Apennines.
The MIELIZIA BIO line stems from the extensive experience of Conapi beekeepers in organic beekeeping techniques. Our beekeepers' hives are located far from sources of pollution, and the bees are raised with full respect for their natural rhythms and cared for using natural methods to protect them from disease.
Mielizia Bio honeys are unpasteurized: they are produced at temperatures never exceeding 40°C—the temperature of the hive—to preserve their flavor, aroma, and nutritional properties.
