The organic Italian propolis and honey used are produced by our member beekeepers. Propolis, the substance used by bees to protect hives from attacks by micro-organisms, is well known for its antiseptic and antibacterial properties and contains flavonoids, useful for protecting the throat.
The MIELIZIA BIO line stems from the extensive experience our beekeeping members have in organic beekeeping techniques. The hives are located far from sources of pollution, and the bees are raised with full respect for their natural rhythms and cared for using natural methods to protect them from disease. Our honeys and other gifts from the bees are the stars of every product in the line.
