Acacia Honey - Jar 400g
This honey usually has a liquid texture, with very slow crystallization process. It is clear and transparent. The aroma is delicate and refined. It remembers of vanilla ponds and flowers. Taste is mild, delicate and appealing, as well as sweet and silky. The aftertaste adds a fresh overtone of sweet almond. Acacia honey is collected during the Spring, in particular in the acacia woods of the Pre-Alps, but it can be found in other regions of the Italian peninsula too.
Mielizia honeys are not pasteurized: they are produced at a temperature never higher than 40° C, the temperature of the hive, to maintain intact flavour and nutrients.
