Pollen is considered an excellent food, rich in beneficial properties and with a high vegetable protein content; this makes it ideal for people who have chosen vegetarian and low-protein diets.
Mielizia italian organic pollen is dried at low temperatures, and thanks to its flowery aroma it can be used for original culinary combinations or simply dissolved in water or fruit juices, added to honey or yoghurt, or eaten on its own.

Our beekeepers manage beehives following organic standards and in respect of local biodiversity. These beehives are located far away from pollution, and bees are raised in total respect of their biorhythms, healed with natural systems to defend them from disease.
