Honey

Mielizia selects and offers the finest monofloral and polyfloral honeys, as result of a process that starts when the bee chooses a flower, up to with beekeepers’ work until the product is ready to be served on our tables, checked and tested by Mielizia to ensure its freshness and quality.

Our honeys are not pasteurized, but gently kept at a temperature of no more than 40°C, which is also the maximum temperature inside the hive, to preserve the original flavor, aroma and nutritional properties. Mielizia honey is available in different formats for any need: from easy-to-use squeezers to single-use sachets and traditional glass jars of different capacities.
